Personal Trainer, specialized in Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness, Pilates Instructor, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant for Pregnancy & Postpartum - and Mama of 2!

I dipped my toes into the fitness industry nearly 10 years ago and knew very soon, that supporting women during their journey into motherhood and beyond is what I wanted to focus on. 

This is a special (and yes, crazy!!!) time and mothers need and deserve all the possible support, I mean - who runs the world? - YES MOMS! 

Providing mothers with the confidence and knowledge they need to nurture their wellbeing (and their baby's) during pregnancy and their recovery journey is my mission and I would love to support you too!
